Winter blues gotcha going in the fall?

I totally get it, beauty… I come in and out of waves of super happy and feeling like I can drag all day long and you know what the cure is for me, every time?? GRATITUDE!!

That’s right! Gratitude changed my whole entire life!

I was a 255lb single mom, living on food stamps, praying for a miracle!

I asked the Universe to help me, I actually begged!

Please Universe help me on my path! Please help me find my way!

I know there is more to life than this…

And so the Universe delivered to me many different teachers, guides, and guidance along the way… the one common denominator was GRATITUDE!
